I had no issues in the end deciphering Chris's text from Rosie's but I think a better differential on font would have made it a lot easier. I listened to this as an e book and parts were quite funny and definitely resolved in a lot of truth that we can all relate too. I must admit towards the end I got rather bored. I think it's something Ild like to hear on the radio for ten minutes a morning in the car on the way to work rather than spending my evening with it. Another audio listen, Chris and Rosie Ramsey’s Shagged, Married, Annoyed is a compendium of personal anecdotes and stories shared from their audience, revolving around marriage, dating disasters, kids and often, poo. The main issue is they have not written a book together. They have written half a book each and glued it together, with pound shop glue. They’ve then read over each other’s half and added an unnecessary comment which entirely ruins the flow.

It is like their conversations on the podcast, which are free-flowing and hilarious. For me, the content of the book was great, but the formatting made it hard to read and follow. It would have benefited from some structure. Rosie and Chris are sharing some never-heard stories that are told in their iconic style of *taking the piss* out of each other.

As a huge fan of the podcast, I am so disappointed and sorry that I just did not like this book at all. Chris and Rosie Ramsay have written a book about sex life, marriage and their pet peeves with each other. It’s really funny. You’ll easily relate to at least one of the stories they have to tell, and it’s such a nice, fun read! Chris and Rosie are 100% themselves, and you can clearly tell they’ve put a lot of time and effort into it which is so good to see. If you like rude jokes and banter then this is the book for you. If you're a poo phobe, avoid at all costs!

If you get a chance to read it then please do, it is extremely funny. There are stories that people have written into on their podcast that I did not believe could happen and I am a former nurse and have seen a lot at a young age. Yes there is a section on Poo, and I have known people to smear poo on the walls and over bed sheets and themselves, but someone actually eating poo because of it being a fetish now, I knew dogs did it because they just did but actual humans please no that is just too much. For fans of the podcast, and new comers alike, this is such an easy and funny read.
