After 4-6 hours, it's softer, but still noticeable, I would say the perfume has an average good longevity on me (unlike Nuit Blanche). I did 3 sprays on each arm from a sample and after like 30 seconds, it was already subtle on my skin. I can smell the fruity, dragonfruit when I sniff the bottle or smell it on a paper tester, but it doesn't translate onto my skin. I think there are just too many competing notes and it's a bit overwhelming, even if it does smell nice. If the item comes direct from a manufacturer, it may be delivered in non-retail packaging, such as a plain or unprinted box or plastic bag.

I keep getting really pleasant whiffs, which makes me believe that this is one of those fragrances that you don’t really smell on yourself, but others do notice. For that reason, I didn't end up getting it since I found them to be too similar and I much prefer Si Fiori. That sweetness carries through to the floral heart notes and it begins to smell similar to CH's Good Girl. the dragonfruit and the mandarin are layered beautifully over the orange blossom and the gourmand vanilla. A bit 'ripe banana'on first spray, anddidntcomeoff heavy sweet, it warms and sweetens as the day goes on.The dragon fruit note is more of a fancy way of saying 'fruity notes' in my opinion, dragon fruits don't have an intense taste or smell anyways. I've always been biased against Black Opium, except for Floral Shock which I regret not having bought. Update: Ok so I tested it for days and I realize it smells pretty much like VS Love Me, floral, bubblegummy and also abit like Poison Girl the EDT though, due to the lemon/citron and orange blossom. Black Opium Neon starts out bright, almost to the point of being somewhat shriek-y -- "Neon" is a very apt descriptor here.I find Neon very similar to the original Black Opium, which I like a lot, but with subtle differences.

The Black Opium coffee signature is emboldened and its sculptural bottle re-mastered with a fluorescent twist, for that extra YSL touch.It is lighter than the original but still very noticeable and persistent it is rather sweet and glossy and very sexy! Longevity is moderate and projection quite weak on my skin (which gets along well with sweet scents). It was sort of pleasant at first, but the citrus mixed with coffee and vanilla is a bold bizarre mix!
