Organizers that come with limited sections and force you to mix multiple pills together can undermine the purpose of a pillbox. The most helpful organizers allow you to dissect and separate your medication based on time, day, and week. I bought it entirely because it was pretty and has a large storage capacity per day. I would have liked if it had a morning and evening design but it will do. Lots of room for meds and since it is something I interact with daily I decided to splurge on something that is pretty AND will not be at risk of popping open in my purse if I need to travel with it. The travel utility is a big plus, I think it would be super unlikely to somehow open in your bag but again for travel, night and day would be better for me personally and my medication schedule. I suggest reloading them on Sunday evenings and getting your pills straight for the following week.
