Tried this tonight and was very impressed tastes exactly like Cheetos I made it on the hob mixed with water then milk and cheese then I added a little bit of the cheeto powder then I added the rest of the cheeto powder when i put the pasta in a bowl then I put flamin hot Cheetos on top!
